How to use WebEx to “mirror” your work phone on your iPhone, Android or computer.

‘Activate’ your WebEx

Click on the activation link here. (It’s also under Citrix & Login section of Login2CLA.com)

Then log into the activation link with your UCx credentials:

Username: DirectDialNumber@legalservicesma.org

Password: Assigned at start/Your UCx Web Portal Password – Check with Hish if unsure

Then you supply your work email address and then you should follow along the below steps.

Look for an email from no_reply@webex: click on the Join Now link.

After clicking on the Join Now link, a browser window will open and your email will be validated and provisioned.

Look for another email from Cisco: click on the Activate link.

You will be brought to another page to create a password. Create a password. It has to be at least 8 characters and have one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one symbol, and one number.

For iPhone Users

Search for and install ‘WebEx Business’ on the Apple App Store or click this link:

For Android Users:

Search for and install ‘WebEx Business’ on Google Play or click this link.

For Computer Users:

Download and install Webex for Windows/Mac from Here.

Once installed and correctly configured: (not updated for WebEx so these may not work)

  • Your mobile device will ring along with your office desk phone
  • You can make a call from the app and it will appear that you are calling from your office phone
  • You can transfer calls between your office phone and app in the mid conversation using *11
